1. How do I change my username?
You cannot change your username with our system, if you really need to change your username, you must let us know to delete your current account and you can sign up again under a new username name.

2. How do I delete my picture?
Click Delete to delete Picture from Site

3. How do I change my picture?
Just upload a new picture and the old picture will get deleted, you will have your new picture up.

4. How do I cancel auto renew?
You can cancel your billing, your membership will stay active until the end of your membership term.

5. How do I cancel my account?
Click Cancel to cancel Account

6. How do I remove my profile from the site?
Click Delete to delete your profile

7. I am a paid member but I still get the popup to upgrade.
